Executive - Pilot Admin
Coordinating with the various base stations in order to ensure the timely submission of the AEP documents
Generating reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and sharing it with all the stakeholders
Ensuring that pilots submit all required documents for AEP on time
Tracking late submission of documents by pilots pan India
Liaising with training department regarding CPL/ATPL/FATA compliance for the issue of AEP
Maintaining records of PV, AEP validity and transfer cases
Assist in planning non-availability due AEP in AIMS
Any other job assigned by Manager - Pilot Admin or Senior Manager - Pilot Admin
Downloading of Flight Data
Reconciliation of downloaded data.
Assistance in preparing of Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) reports.
Assistance in FDM Software programming.
Facilitate Flight Data review by Fleet supervisor and safety consultant.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Chief / Dy Chiefs of Flight Safety
Manager - IT
BE/ B Tech (IT/ Computer Science) or MCA/ M.Sc.Computer Science & Engineering
Knowledge of Airline Revenue Management Systems & principles.
Relevant experience in software development, design, analysis, testing, product implementation, Project management in GDS/Airlines/TMC domain specifically around Reservations, Fares and Pricing.
Working knowledge on multiple frameworks such as PMP, Prince2, TOGAF, CMMi, Agile/Scrum. Certification in any of these will be desirable.
Experience with mission critical enterprise level applications.
Experience with implementing business systems, reporting tools and applying technology to solve business problems.
Lead cross departmental functions and work in collaboration with operational departments (Crew Control, Crew Scheduling, Training, and Catering, Base Recruitment etc.) to provide input on issuessuch as flight delays, roster needs, technical issues, crew promotions, recruitment, training and development etc. Ensure these are effectively communicated and understood by crew
Management of ongoing crew operations projects and contribute towards its success
Consistently driving towards improving OTP and weekly performance numbers
Work with Inflight Services to proactively develop and implement a range of strategies to ensure the IFS team deliver and exceed the Customer Service, Cost Reduction, Performance Management, Safety and Operational objectives of the airline whilst ensuring consistently high standards of service to customers onboard are delivered
